Web-Based Dealer Input

This provides dealer access to the database where you can add, edit and delete cars from your online inventory accordingly, enabling the dealer to conceptualize what he/she has available for their customers. The inventory is divided into two separate categories, new and used cars.

Along with the make and model, the interface includes the price, stock number, the mileage and the actual aging (if used), digital images and whether or not the vehicle is certified by the manufacturer. This is a very detailed service Autosweet provides its customers with that is unparalleled in the industry. It places the convenience of checking the inventory in your hands and lets us take care of the back end details.

DMS Integration Sweet (DIS)

DIS is the process of pulling and processing inventory data. Some features of DIS are automatically deleting sold inventory, setting the price adhering to the DMS records and verifying the real aging of any automobile. The data also compiles the To-Do list for Autosweet agents and helps the operations manager evaluate the productivity of every agents work. Additionally it determines if it is even necessary for an agent to visit a dealership on a scheduled day and forewarns the dealership or the Autosweet operations staff of automobiles that are aging and not being examined.

DIS data is advantageous to you and your dealership because the totality of DMS is configured on our backend website, making it accessible for both parties. Your systems manager and our operations manager will work congruently to enter all data correctly and directly into a web based interface that can be edited by only the dealership and Autosweet.
